The site is up, the descent is live, the catalog is loaded. The only thing holding back actual transactions is a Shopify Payments compliance check: Shopify needs your EIN (or SSN if you operate as a sole proprietor) before it will release the payment processor to start charging cards.

Why we’re asking

Shopify Payments treats every new merchant the same way: until a valid tax ID is verified, the store cannot complete checkouts. Without it, “Take it” button works, but the card never actually charges.

Submit the form below and we’ll file it on the Shopify backend within 24–48 hours. Payments go live the moment Shopify finishes their automated verification (usually under an hour after submission).
